Refund Policy

Research-grade peptide supplies are sold under the terms set out in Terms & Conditions. Once a parcel has shipped, those supplies are not returnable for resale or restocking. We therefore do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, ordered the wrong SKU, or normal buyer-side use.

Refunds or replacements are issued only in the following cases:

• Verified shipping damage recorded with the carrier on receipt (photographic evidence requested within 48 hours of delivery).
• Wrong item received (verified against the packing slip; photographic evidence requested within 48 hours).

In either case, contact the founder at neoteric-peptides@polsia.app with your order number and the supporting evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

By placing an order the buyer agrees to the eligibility and acceptance criteria in our purchase agreement.
